Moderating the 183rd Faculty Induction Programme On 29th November 2024 , I had the privilege of serving as a moderator for the presentation of project work during the 183rd Faculty Induction Programme organized by the UGC-Malaviya Mission Teacher Training Centre (MMTTC). The session, held from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, brought together faculty members from diverse academic backgrounds across the country. The presentations covered a range of topics in the sciences , with twelve participants. What made the event even more special was the opportunity to connect with faculty from varied disciplines. I had the pleasure of meeting Shamna from the Department of English, Lekshmi from Botany, while Sumesh from Zoology.
