Science Day Best Practice

The Department of Physics at the University of Kerala is proud to announce its upcoming science day event, "Super 30." Inspired by the true story of Shri Anandkumar, a dedicated math tutor who provided free coaching classes to underprivileged students, our department is offering a unique opportunity for 30 B.Sc Physics students to spend three consecutive days on campus.

During this event, students will have the chance to participate in interactive lectures with esteemed physicists and experts in the field, visit the department's central labs, and explore the observatory. These experiences will provide students with a deep understanding of the exciting world of physics and its real-world applications.

"Super 30" is a great way for students to gain exposure to the many opportunities and possibilities available in the field of physics. By connecting with peers, experts, and mentors, participants can build lasting connections and friendships that will help them navigate their academic and professional journeys.

The event is open to all B.Sc Physics students, regardless of their backgrounds or socioeconomic status. We believe that education should be accessible to all, and "Super 30" is a testament to our commitment to providing opportunities for all students.

Don't miss this incredible opportunity to learn from the best and explore the fascinating world of physics. Reserve your spot today and join us for an unforgettable three-day experience that could change the course of your academic and professional journey.

On February 27, 2023, I delivered an invited "Brain Research" lecture at S D College Alappuzha as part of their Science Day Celebration Week. It was an exciting opportunity to share my knowledge and insights on this fascinating subject with a curious and engaged audience.

During the lecture, I covered a range of topics related to brain research, including the latest advancements in neuroscience, the structure and function of the brain, and the impact of different neurological disorders on the brain. I also discussed some of the ongoing research projects that are currently underway in the field of brain research and the potential implications of this research for society.

The audience was highly engaged and asked many thought-provoking questions, which made the lecture even more interesting and engaging. It was clear that everyone in attendance was passionate about learning more about brain research and its potential impact on our lives.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I feel grateful for the opportunity to share my expertise on this important topic with such an engaged audience. I hope my lecture has sparked a greater interest in brain research among the attendees and will inspire them to continue learning more about this exciting field.
