Happy Christmas....December Updates
Dear all, Happy Christmas to all…. Today I am writing to you to report about two activities which I have involved in the past few days. Program one is the visit to Trivandrum observatory on December 7, 2017. Program two is invited talk by Dr. Antony on the topic “Solar Corona Problem” (December 11, 2017). Let me detail to you the above events. The first event is really one of its kind. It was a long cherished dream to go with students for a field trip outside Kariavattom campus. The main motivation behind the program was the spirits of first year students. They were willing and ready to take up the call to make a visit to observatory. We left the campus by 2:30 pm to reach Planetarium, Pattom. We watch the planetarium theatre show at 3:00 pm. All the students may have visited the place when they were kids.
