October Updates

It is with great pleasure that I write to all blog readers that two students of Department of Physics, Miss. Aswathy and Mr. Akhil qualified CSIR-UGC-NET exam conducted on June 2015. It is definitely a breakthrough for our department. I am proud that I am a teacher who supported them to get their goals. I am attaching some photos of the same for a small program conducted in M Phil class to appreciate their work. 

Also recently Akhila, my research student, made her oral presentation for her M Sc dissertation work, was appreciated and well received by peers and reviewers. The video has been recorded and link is given below. As per my request, she has humbly accepted our request to train the new researchers in our department by teaching them basics about how to make presentations, graphs and references in the an organized way. I take this opportunity for her efforts for providing such a platform for students. Attaching some photos of the same training program.

M Sc First year students had conducted a common program at the department Auditorium in October 28, 2015 about Nobel Prize in Physics 2015. Attaching the Photos of the same. 

It was quite interesting that Nozione club was started on October 28, 2014 and hence this presentation was quite significant in history of progress of Nozione Club. Last but not least, Congrats to Ms. Sariga C. Lal, for getting 2nd best price for her oral presentation in "International Symposium on Photonics Applications and Nanomaterials (ISPAN -2015). Let me congratulate her in our language.
